The coffee is not brewed in a coffee maker, but steep in the high metal pan with a long spout with filter coffee, cotton, long conical bag, inside. Milk and sugar are not shown separately in the table. When you order your coffee, you drink coffee with condensed milk, sweetener, sugar, already added.
